Great Leadership at Diamond Cove

I am so blessed to have such wonderful and dedicated fellow board members here at DCMC. Earl as the head deacon is a humble and diligent worker for God here. When there is a call for a deeper commitment he is often the very first to step out and stand before the congregation and God! Next is my dear neighbor, Lloyd . He is the head trustee and has brought a great deal of order and beauty in spite of our lack of capital. He is one that will support and love others unconditionally and yet is not afraid to be a "straight shooter" when it comes to keeping one accountable. Alice is one of our retirees who will never do so! She continues to minister with all her strength in many areas and will also speak up in love and lead by example. Carla works closely with the new financial secretary, Pam, as well as leading the children's ministry. The work they have done over the summer in pulling the finances together has been phenomonal. The newest members are Penny and Bruce who have been working with the youth just under a year. As a result of their tireless effort we now have a young adult S.S. class, new teens attending, new names written in the Lambs book of Life, and much more. last but not least is Deb, the secretary, she is invaluable with her insights and keeping the minutes updated and in the hands of those who serve. May God help and bless as we move forward in Jesus.
